Consultation Fee: (Due to ongoing inflation and the rising running costs of delivering high-quality medical care, our consultation fees will be increased from 1/8/2026. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and understanding.

- Must have insurance name and claim number before the consultation. Or must pay in advance based on WC/CTP rate before the consultation

Additional procedure gap fee will be discussed with doctors based on the practice policy.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced.
Our doctors and allied health professionals want to be available for your needs, for the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen.
It is crucial that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 3 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, a $ 20-40 fee will be charged, depending on the type and length of the appointment.
